Life then was so simple. Most of the works are done manually. These are the common scenes one can witness at the start of the day. One of the common scenes one can see is walkathon. One have to walk from their abode to their rice field or vegetable garden. And that would mean climbing mountains, hills descending to valleys and passing through plains. Those are good physical exercise.
